Beyond Bloom Consulting

The intricacies of human behaviour have intrigued me for as long as I can remember.  What later began as curiosity for the universal psychological principles applicable to all kinds of organisations, evolved into a deep passion for creating organisational structure and clarity. 

Yet, on a personal note, I am no stranger to a lack of direction. My path wasn't linear:

After graduating from business school, the pursuit to discover where I truly belong led me to migrating to Australia at the tender age of 20. Over the next decade, I've explored a multitude of sectors and industries. Name it, I've done it.

However, this path wasn't aimless. It was purposefully allowing me to discover the kind of work that truly energises me:

I realised that I have a unique aptitude for creating order from chaos. My natural inclination is to organise, streamline and establish structure, ensuring coherence and alignment. The drive for improvement fuels my work and I find fulfilment in creating efficient and meaningful solutions with and for those who are impacted by them. With a talent for translating even the most complex concepts into tangible concepts, clarity and direction emerge organically.

Working in Local and State Government across various Departments taught me first-hand the bureaucracy, regulations, policies and often rigid structures that govern public administration. At the same time, I witnessed the opposite end of the spectrum in private enterprises that exceeded their operational capacities, outgrowing what their infrastructure can support. Ironically, both extremes - overregulation and the lack of a sufficient foundational structure - lead to the same effects: inefficiencies that cause loss of productivity, organisational disarray resulting in operational dysfunction and stifled motivation in disengaged employees. 

Having experienced exactly that in my own career, I was driven to create the change I longed for.

Pursuing Business Psychology was the only logical choice as it perfectly aligned my curiosity about people and my commitment to building effective organisations.

Founding Beyond Bloom Consulting is the culmination of just that journey.
